Our revolutionary proprietary technology is the culmination of extensive research and development, dedicated to forging an eco-friendly and sustainable alternative that pushes boundaries.
We deploy a new age HUB & SPOKE Approach towards battery sourcing.. Geographical boundaries are no longer a constraint. With agility, we gather end-of-life Lithium-ion cells (SPOKE) from diverse sources and transport them securely to our advanced manufacturing facility (HUB) for responsible recycling. Our supply of used Li-ion cells is meticulously acquired, ensuring the highest standards of ethics and safety. We gather these cells from various reliable sources, including Electronics, Electric Vehicles, and other devices. We harness advanced, cutting-edge technologies to propel us forward, enhancing efficiency, safety, and the consistency of raw materials.
Upon the arrival of consignments containing utilised Lithium-ion cells at our premises, a sequence of rigorous examinations promptly ensues. This marks the commencement of our advances and cutting-edge process. This meticulous procedure of evaluation encompasses a comprehensive suite of assessments, ascertaining the holistic evaluation of cell quality, the residual charge quotient, as well as the cell chemistry and structural composition. Systematically, cells are categorised based upon their battery type to ensure optimal output through the process.. Our Net Zero Waste, Zero Emissions initiative involves consciously dissipating battery energy, a cornerstone of our environmental commitment. This harnessed energy powers our facility, reflecting sustainability dedication.
Utilising our exclusive seven-layer mechanical process, which includes shredding and crushing stages, we achieve efficient separation of Black Mass from secondary materials, maximising yields. The primary output, Black Mass, boasts high purity with less than 1% impurities, a result of our consistent approach. Additionally, our process meticulously segregates Plastic, Aluminium, Steel, and Copper—secondary products derived from Black Mass—for organised collection and future applications.
